Back in 2015, we saw an industry in need of change. For over half a century, paint had relied on petrochemicals and toxic ingredients, and we knew there had to be a better way.

So we set out to create the world’s best paints and oils — high‑performing, transparent, and sustainably made. With the help of leading experts, we developed coatings that are toxin‑free, healthier for people, and exceed industry standards for durability, finish, and environmental responsibility. Today, that mission is turning into real impact. Natural Paint Co. has grown from a small New Zealand startup into a brand trusted by thousands of homeowners, architects, and painters. Indoor air toxicity is a top 5 health concern

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), our indoor air quality is on average 2 - 5 times more polluted than outside. When a room is newly painted, the air is up to 1000x more toxic than normal, which can result in a range of acute and chronic human health issues, particularly for people occupying a room for prolonged periods of time.

There’s no good reason to have toxic chemicals in common coatings - they can lead to immediate symptoms like nausea, headaches, dizziness, and breathing trouble. Long-term exposure is linked to organ damage, dermatitis, asthma, neurological harm, and even cancer.

We are seeking to raise up to $1m
of new growth capital. We require capital to ramp up our expansion into the Australian market, while also growing our footprint amongst specifiers and the design community (we've grown over 35% in this last in the last 12 months), and initiating our first partnerships with retailers.

How to invest

This round offers a total of 200,000 ordinary shares, with 70,000 already purchased at a share price of $5 each. The total shares on offere equate to 11.18% of Natural Coatings Group Ltd (the holding company of Natural Paint Co). The minimum individual investment is $5,000 for 1,000 ordinary shares.
