There is no charge to investors for investing in a capital raising auction.

In our public market and in any wholesale markets investors are charged a trading fee if they buy or sell in a secondary market auction. The trading fee is the larger of $30 or 0.25% of the value traded.

If the price of a financial product is quoted to 3 decimal places, all amounts payable by buyers are rounded up to the nearest whole cent, and all amounts payable to sellers are rounded down to the nearest whole cent. The amount of such rounding, which will be less than $0.01 for each investment order, may be retained by Catalist as an additional fee for managing those particular transactions.
