Catalist is inviting Angel groups to participate in a $350k investment round.  $257k has already been invested by existing shareholders, Angel representative Board members and founders, and **the remainder is underwritten** by the Founder. Supporting Angel groups is a key pillar of the Catalist strategy, which is why we are opening investment to other Angel groups using the Catalist platform.
