programmes, and access to a global network of experts, infrastructure,
and markets, the Fund actively builds ventures positioned for global
success. This approach is designed to deliver both strong financial
returns and transformative outcomes.
This offer is intended for wholesale investors and has features to accommodate Active Investor Plus Visa applicants.

| Application Terms |
Applications made up to and including 30 September 2025 will take place at a unit price of $1.00. Subsequent applications will use a unit price that is the greater of $1.00 or a unit price based on the most recent independently valued valuation, adjusted for performance. A unit price based on 8% per annum growth in the Fund’s portfolio valuation starting from 30 September 2025 may also apply where an independent valuation has not been performed. New investors joining after this date will be applied a 2% premium to the applicable valuation. |
| Management Fee |
2.0% plus GST per annum of committed capital payable quarterly in advance on committed capital until either all Committed Capital is called or the end of the Investment Period (whichever occurs first). After that, a Management Fee of 2.0% plus GST per annum will be payable, quarterly in advance on the capital invested. |
