Raising capital via Convertible Note 💸 30% Discount, No Valuation Cap

Cetogenix is a NZ-based, globally focused deeptech company unlocking the hidden potential of agricultural, industrial and urban organic wastes to deliver renewable carbon resources to a USD110 B total addressable market.

Cetogenix’s modular Ceto-Boost™ technology uses temperature, pressure & air - with no added chemicals - to precisely deconstruct & convert complex organic wastes into low-carbon biomethane and green ammonia.

A USD1.0 M convertible note (30% discount, no cap) will fund deployment of a modular pilot system to the Ecogas AD-biogas Reporoa site – NZ’s largest AD operation. A three-month demonstration of the Ceto-Boost™ system at the Ecogas site will provide the critical industrial evidence needed to secure commercial buy-in from international investors and industry partners.

A USD4.5M follow-on raise in 2026 will target confirmed demonstration trials with international and domestic partners, including agricultural, industrial, and municipal wastewater treatment applications. This will inform design and configuration of the first commercial-scale, low-footprint system in early 2027.
