Blossum is a New Zealand–owned private credit manager specialising in secured, property-backed lending to residential, commercial, development and SME borrowers across the country. How Investors Participate

Wholesale investors may invest through units in the Blossum Wholesale Unit Trust, which pools capital to fund a diversified book of secured loans.

  • Investment Type: Units in a wholesale managed investment scheme
  • Investor Eligibility: Wholesale investors under the Financial Markets Conduct Act
  • Minimum Investment: $150,000
  • Distributions: Monthly
  • Withdrawals: Lock-up period is 6 months. After 6 months, withdrawals on 90 days notice (subject to liquidity and fund terms)
  • Security: Mortgage-backed loans

As with all investments, risks exist. Key risks include borrower default, property market fluctuations, liquidity constraints and valuation uncertainty.
