Profsee is executing a nationwide rollup of Financial Advice Providers (FAPs) in New Zealand, underpinned by its proprietary SaaS platform, Dacreed, which delivers compliance, professional development, and digital advice at scale.

We will acquire additional recurring revenue streams (“trail”) from retiring advisers, integrate them into a vertically integrated group, and uplift margins through technology and shared services.
